They are from a board/mini game called "Hour of Glory".
The doctor and nurse are figures I got at the same time so the commandos would have someone to rescue/capture.

I banned the ones I caught and have had to set up a captcha for new registrations.
It shouldn't affect anyone who is already here, or even a real person who wants to join.
Hopefully it will work well enough to stop most of the spammers.
